GOING TO COLLEGE

I think people really need to think about life after high school.....and they need to start thinking NOW! What are you going to do once you hit the real world? Alot of kids think that they will just keep living like they are and work at some low level job, but the reality is that if you want money you NEED to go to college. Everytime i look at the statistics for average salary it makes me want to go to college even more! On average a family will spend around $40,000 a year! Now take another look at the average salaries.... If you just get your high school diploma chances are you will be losing $10,000 a year... The fact is you really do need college to make a living in life. There are many careers out there and everyone should look into what they would like the most. College may look expensive to you, but really there is many ways to pay for it. You can apply for scholarships, grants, and loans! All of this will help you pay for your tuition! The point of my blog is to help students think about college.... Because last year i didn't even want to go to college, but now i regret alot about it. So hopefully this will help people think more about the future!!!
